The simple answer is either weekly or fortnightly. Weekly is better but it costs more.

Typically a house cleaning services includes bathrooms, kitchen, dusting and all floors. So we’re talking toilets, bathrooms sinks, mirrors, benchtops, shower, and bath as part of the bathroom clean. A kitchen clean includes all surfaces (horizontal and vertical), then there is the dusting of all communal areas and floors. Floors include both mopping and vacuuming.

A weekly clean means your house keeps a highly level of cleanliness at all times. It means showers and toilets can be prevented from having dicolouration and mould in the grout.
